Thank you for shopping at OVERTHINKER. We offer refund /exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund /exchange of any kind. Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

 * Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 * The item must be in the original packaging.

 * To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

* If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are cancelled, then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on that order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. 

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, incase of exchange the new product will be shipped to your shipping address.

 * For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account. 

* For cash on delivery transaction, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. 

 Late or missing refunds

 * If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
